If you are interested in losing weight and living more healthy I recommend watching the clip above by Jack Lalanne. He talks about how people consume too much sugar. And it’s true! Last time I weighed myself the scale displayed 84kg. I was surprised because eight months ago I weighed 90kg. And the only thing I changed in my diet was that I stopped eating cakes, muffins and coffee with sugar.

Here’s an interesting article that explains why sugar makes us sleepy:
I have noticed after eating a yoghurt and a pudding that I was getting very tired afterwards and it might be due to the sugar. I will try to incorporate more protein and less sugar in my diet.
